Summary: Stewart’s Ice Cream is undoubtedly the best in New York. There is an abundance of interesting local flavors littered with classics, and many options for toppings and sauces. You can find a Stewart’s without difficulty in the Corinth/Saratoga area, and while getting ice cream you can top off your tank. Yes, this ice cream is found at your local gas station - but don’t let that deter you!

Activity: I have been to Stewart’s countless times with multiple crowds. The Stewart’s location nearest to Camp Hudson Pines has repeatedly had fantastic customer service and allows you to sample ice cream before settling on a final flavor. There are tables inside the store, and there are also tubs of Stewart’s Ice Cream for purchase. My personal favorites are Colombian Coffee, Black Raspberry, and Hip! Hip! Churr-ay! (which is a limited edition flavor).
Stewarts makes their own ice cream with locally sourced dairy. They have won many awards for their ice cream including “Best of the Best in North America” at the 2024 World Dairy Expo. Once you try it, you will be stopping in at every Stewart’s you see for more.

Reflections: Every time I visit Camp Hudson Pines, I make a stop by Stewart’s, and I bring all of my family and friends with me. An Upstate-New York classic, this is the best ice cream I have ever had.
